Shipping Policy

Return Policy

  • We only ship on Fridays
  • All orders placed on weekends are processed within the next business day
  • Allow 24-72 hours for your orders to be processed and prepared for shipping
  • All items are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) and are shipped first class mail or priority mail. Generally takes 2-4 business days
  • All weekend orders (Friday through Sunday) and holiday orders placed after 5pm EST are processed during the next business day.
  • Regular orders are processed within 24-48 hours
  • Pre-orders are processed between 1-2 weeks, as they are all are handmade, cut and sewn. Your patience is appreciated
  • KenneshaNycole is NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process
  • If items have not been received please contact your nearest post office.
  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PIECES

  • Deposits for any custom item are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • NO Returns on any items; ALL SALES FINAL

  • Clients who request another item in exchange are responsible for return shipping costs 

Operation

For any service appointment, our hours of operation are as follows (no exceptions):

  • Sunday & Monday: CLOSED 

  • Tuesday: 12pm-4pm

  • Wed-Fri: 10am-6pm

  • Saturday: 12pm-4pm
